One church where the Spirit of God has liberty, salvation, healing and deliverance
Pastor~Overseer Willie Mae Springs
Pastor–Overseer Willie Mae Springs is a devoted servant of God, a powerful preacher of the Gospel, and a woman whose life has been marked by divine calling and faithful obedience. A lifelong resident of Rockwood, Tennessee in Roane County, she resides with her beloved husband of more than 45 years, Pastor James B. Springs. She is a proud mother, grandmother, and a pillar of faith within her family and community. Overseer Springs is the daughter of the late Charles and Lillie Mae Douglass.
Overseer Springs currently serves as Pastor of Believer’s Voice of Deliverance Church in Harriman, Tennessee, a ministry she helped establish through prayer, vision, and dedication. She co-founded the church alongside Rev. Roy Lee Boyd, answering the call to build a place where lives could be transformed through the power of God’s Word.
Her ministry journey began at the age of 13 when she experienced a life-changing encounter with God. In that moment, the Lord called her by name and sealed the divine assignment upon her life. Since that time, Overseer Springs has committed herself fully to preaching, teaching, and sharing the Gospel across the nation. Through her ministry, many have experienced healing, deliverance, restoration, and renewed faith.
God has equipped and anointed Overseer Springs to operate in the five-fold ministry, moving powerfully in the gifts of healing, the word of wisdom, discerning of spirits, prophecy, and teaching. Her passion for the Word of God, combined with her bold yet compassionate delivery, has made her a vessel through which God continues to minister to countless lives.
In addition to preaching, Overseer Springs has been active in music ministry. She has shared her voice as a member of the Douglass Family Singers and the Roane County Community Chorus, using her musical gifts to glorify God and encourage others.
Before dedicating herself fully to ministry, Overseer Springs faithfully served in her professional career and later retired from the K-25 Department of Energy Complex. Throughout the community, she has also been known for her creative talents as a florist, home designer, and decorator.
Overseer Springs further equipped herself for ministry by completing healing ministry training in 1987 under the late Kenneth Hagin Ministry. She was ordained in 1982 under the leadership of Rev. Willie Crum of Mark’s Chapel Holiness Church and Rev. Roy Lee Boyd.
She is also the author of the inspiring book Stay Focused, with plans to continue writing and sharing the messages God places on her heart.
Above every title and accomplishment, Overseer Willie Mae Springs desires to be known for one thing above all: a faithful servant of the Lord, committed to advancing the Kingdom of God and helping others walk in faith, purpose, and victory.
